Today I got the information the BCB (battery charging box = the on-board charger) has an error and must be replaced. It will be repaired here in Norway and since this is part of the high-voltage system the repair is on warranty. I have booked my flight home for tomorrow, so the journey has come to an end. How will the car get back home? I don't know yet, first it will be repaired and then we will see in agreement with Renault Austria what we can do.

Today's update: There is nothing new! It is weekend, so I don't get any new information until Monday. On Monday at noon, I will get information from the garage if they could get it charging with software updates or if the on-board charger has to be replaced. Yesterday I called Renault regarding the mobility waranty plus ("Mobilitätsgarantie Plus") again, to see what they can do for me if my car has to be taken back to Austria. They just told me it is not included (That's true and I didn't argue [...]
about that, it doesn't say that on their page.), but they just told me I should call Renault Austria and tell them what my problem is. I told it the guy on the phone, he noted everything and yeah...that was it! Maybe I'll get some more information on Monday.

The garage is still waiting for an answer from Renault in France and Sweden. Most likely the trip will be over for the car and me. They're trying to find the issues, but it is most likely the on-board charger unit. Tomorrow they will call me and tell me what they found out. It will probably be up to me if the car will be fixed here and moved to Austria or if the car will be moved to Austria and fixed there. It can take up to three weeks (or longer) until the replacement part will be delivered to [...]
the garage. After they call me tomorrow, I have to get in contact with Renault in Austria and see what they will tell me!

The ship is leaving tomorrow at around 12 and will be in Tromsø at 23:45. I hope then they can fix the car in the next morning so that I can leave and arrive in time at home.
